In short
We respect copyright. Files are deleted within two hours and never published — but if you believe your rights were infringed, here is how to tell us.
MultiCompressor respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a notice of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and how counter-notifications work.
01 Important context
MultiCompressor is a private processing tool, not a hosting or sharing platform. This shapes how infringement works here:
- No public hosting — Files are never published, indexed or shared with other users.
- Automatic deletion — Every uploaded and processed file is permanently deleted within two hours.
- Private downloads — Results are accessible only through a private, expiring link.
02 Filing a DMCA notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed through the service, send a written notice that includes all of the following:
- 1 Identification of the work — Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- 2 Identification of the material — Provide enough detail for us to locate the alleged infringing material.
- 3 Your contact information — Include your name, address, telephone number and email.
- 4 Good-faith statement — State that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
- 5 Accuracy statement — Confirm, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act.
- 6 Signature — A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or their agent.
03 Where to send your notice
Send complete DMCA notices to our designated agent at dmca@multicompressor.com. We review every valid notice promptly and take appropriate action.
04 Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- 1 Your contact information — Name, address, phone number and email.
- 2 Identification of the material — Describe the material and where it appeared.
- 3 Good-faith statement — State, under penalty of perjury, that removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- 4 Consent to jurisdiction — Agree to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
- 5 Signature — A physical or electronic signature.
05 Repeat infringers and misrepresentation
- Repeat infringers — We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
- Misrepresentation — Knowingly submitting a false notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages.
